The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued U.S. Patent 8,009,340 to CellOptic, Inc. for FINCH incoherent holographic imaging.  This is the first CellOptic patent to issue for the companies single beam, laserless holographic imaging technology.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued U.S. Patent       7,468,837 to CellOptic, Inc. for widefield multi-photon microscopy having simultaneous confocal imaging over at least two pixels.  This is the second CellOptic patent in the area of two photon microscopy.

FINCHSCOPE is the application of FINCH technology to non-scanning motionless fluorescence three-dimensional holographic microscopy reported in the March 2008 issue of Nature Photonics.  Available online at Nature Photonics.
